Birthday Invitations
There are many important facts to include in your birthday party invitations, whether on paper, by email, by voice message, or by text. Your invitation is more than an invitation – it is a reference document that will help your guests attend your party.
The name of the birthday child. If you’re inviting family, first name or nick name is enough. If you’re inviting everybody at your pre-school, include first name and last name.
You can mention the theme of the party (for example – Isabella is having a Minnie Mouse birthday party) if that would give your guests ideas for birthday gifts. If you’re sure that your guests would not be bothered by obvious gift prompting, you could include your child’s clothing sizes.
The date and time of the party. Include the date of the month and the day of the week. Include the beginning time of the party and the end time.
Describe the location of the party several ways:
– At Pee Wee Bees, an indoor playground.
– 5511 W. Loop 1604 N., San Antonio, TX 78253 at the Culebra exit, one exit north of the 151 and SeaWorld. The phone number is 210-521-2337.
– In the Alamo Ranch Shopping Center with a SuperTarget and Lowe’s, next to The Children’s Place clothing store, across the parking lot from Ross Dress for Less.
Ask your guests to let you know who’s coming at least a week in advance. Give them your phone number, email address, or FaceBook page.
Mention that all children and adults should take off their shoes and wear socks at Pee Wee Bees. (For extra credit, suggest that they not wear large shoes or boots so their footwear will fit in the shoe cubby.)
We offer custom printed invitations for $1.00 each – minimum ten. They are postcards which may be addressed and mailed.
